Volozen is building the next generation of fixed-wing aircraft for flight schools and owner-pilots. Two models. Continental power. Designed to outperform everything in its class.
The Volozen 458 is designed from the ground up for the modern pilot — whether you're logging your first 100 hours or your next 1,000. Two variants, same airframe, built for different missions.
From drone technology to fixed-wing aircraft — Volozen's story is one of relentless engineering and a belief that general aviation deserves better.
Volozen begins as a drone technology company. The engineering team develops proprietary systems that will later inform the 458's design philosophy — efficiency, reliability, and modern manufacturing.
The fixed-wing aircraft program kicks off. Two variants are defined: a high-performance retractable for owner-pilots and a fixed-gear trainer for flight schools. Continental engines selected.
Test flying begins. The 458 takes to the skies for the first time from Addison, Texas — the heart of North Texas general aviation.
Reservation system goes live. Early adopters secure their delivery position for both the 458 and 458T variants.
FAA certification process and first customer deliveries. Volozen enters the market alongside Cirrus, Diamond, Cessna, and Piper.
